Power Level Start Off

Each Species will start off with a Designated Power Level
depending on the rank and Profile information.
To increase ones power level, Training Post & Fighting Post
will be required, Once you feel that you have Trained enough are you are
deserving of a Power Boost Either PM Your Admin ( Myself ) or a Moderator.
This Most Likely will not be an Issue as I will be Constantly Roaming the site reviewing
over everyone's progress, and will give boost Accordingly, without the need of a member
private messaging one the Higher Ups...
